# Use Back Existing Piping:
– Applicable to HDB, Private, Commercial
– Use back existing piping (refrigerant and drainage), insulation, trunking and wiring, warranty not covered.
– Vacuum & flush existing piping.
– No warranty on existing piping.
– Any alteration or shifting of existing pipes will be subject to additional charges.
– All pressure testing of pipes will be charged separately, if requested by owner.

# HDB New Piping Installation:
– 15m standard piping length per FCU
– Armaflex Class ‘O’ (FM) Fire Resistant 1/2″ thickness insulation tube
– 22 SWG copper piping
– UPVC Trunking
– Keystone Wire cables
– 16mm UPVC drain pipe

# Condo New Piping Installation:
– With new piping installation works for Condo.
– Armaflex Class ‘O’ (FM) Fire Resistant 1/2″ thickness insulation tube
– 16mm PVC drainage pipe.
– Gauge 22swg copper gas pipe.
– Keystone 3C/40 internal signal wire.
– Excluding and additional labor fee for open manhole & patch back at false ceiling or hacking & concealed a/c piping inside concrete wall/floor works or both. (if needed)

# General Warranty:
– 1 year workmanship on piping joint area for use back existing piping works.
– 3 years on workmanship & 1 year on installation materials for new piping works.
– Not covered for water leaking due to lack of servicing maintenance done.

# Terms and Conditions:
– Our sales representative will contact you for installation dates within 1-2 working days.
– The Customer or Customer’s Authorized Person must be present on-site during installation to confirm equipment locations. Any subsequent changes to equipment and piping locations will incur charges.
– Site survey inclusive prior to installation date.
– Material included in Standard Installation description.
– Stainless steel brackets and power points not included.
– No refunds allowed after installation.
– Dismantled units will be trade-in for offset dismantle fee (return to owner will be chargeable at $50.00/FCU)

# Additional applicable charges, if any:
– Additional piping exceeded 15m per fan coil.
– Open manholes at false ceiling, patch-up, painting and hacking concealed a/c piping inside concrete wall works.
– Aircon main power point supply.
– 2nd trip installation.
– Stainless steel water tray.
– Stainless Steel bracket for outdoor unit.
– Additional charges may incur depending on job-site condition.

*Warranty 5 years on compressor & 1 year on parts by Manufacturer.

#Note:
– Any deviation from the specifications following an on-site assessment requires approval. Refunds, if applicable, will be limited to the deposit or amount paid, and no compensation for consequential damages will be entertained.
